This Poster Designs collection features custom posters created for Austin High’s Ballet Folklórico, designed for their grand end-of-season performances each school year. As the program’s hired designer, my goal is to visually capture the energy, tradition, and cultural richness of folklórico through bold composition, expressive color, and dynamic movement. Each poster is crafted to honor the dancers, celebrate heritage, and build excitement for the season’s final showcase. These works represent the intersection of culture, performance, and visual storytelling, transforming dance into a powerful graphic experience long before the curtain rises.
